Common questions

Is this the same as buying an ERP or CRM package?

No — MAJAL doesn't sell a pre-built ERP or CRM license. The system is built specifically around your workflows; features like customer records, quotations, invoicing, or inventory are included only where your business actually needs them.

Does this include a customer-facing mobile app?

Not by default — this covers the web-based system itself. A mobile app is typically added later as an extension once the core platform exists; see Mobile App Development.

Who owns the system once it's built?

You do, in the sense that matters day to day — you get exclusive use of the platform for as long as you work with MAJAL, and MAJAL manages it on your behalf rather than owning it. Full source-code ownership is available separately as a buyout, if you ever want it.
