Software & Platforms

Custom systems that run your internal operations and serve your customers — one platform instead of disconnected tools and spreadsheets. This is the kind of system also known as ERP or CRM software, scoped to exactly what your business needs rather than a big multi-module suite.

Who uses this
  • Used by a clinic to manage patient bookings and internal scheduling
  • Used by a logistics company to track deliveries and automate customer status updates
  • Used by a maintenance contractor to take service requests, assign crews, and invoice on completion

Typically includes

Depending on scope

  • Secure authentication (staff and/or customer accounts as needed)
  • Role-based permissions and administrator controls
  • Responsive interface across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Arabic and English support where required

  • Transactional email and notifications
  • File storage where required
  • Testing, deployment, monitoring

Packages

These are scope levels, not a price ladder. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually after discovery — there is no default figure to work from.

Focused System

  • One core operational workflow, mapped and built end-to-end
  • Single staff-facing role with secure login
  • Structured data model for the core workflow (records, statuses, history)
  • Manual or lightly automated approvals
  • Basic dashboard and list views
  • One optional customer-facing action (booking, request, or form) without a full account system
  • Standard email notifications
  • Deployment, testing, and staff onboarding

Growth Platform

  • Two to three connected workflows spanning staff and customer sides
  • Multiple staff roles with role-based permissions
  • Customer accounts or a self-service portal for one core journey
  • Structured reporting and exportable data
  • Status tracking and automated notifications across workflows
  • Integration with one existing business tool (e.g. accounting, messaging)
  • Arabic and English interface
  • Deployment, testing, staff onboarding, and documentation

Advanced Platform

  • Four or more connected workflows across internal operations and customer experience
  • Multiple staff and customer roles with granular permissions
  • Full customer account system with more than one self-service journey
  • Advanced dashboards, analytics, and data export
  • Two or more integrations with existing business tools
  • Automated multi-step notifications and status updates
  • Arabic and English interface throughout
  • Extended testing, staff onboarding, documentation, and a longer defect warranty

Mobile app extension

  • An extension of an existing platform, not an entirely separate duplicate product
  • iOS and Android delivered from a shared codebase where the platform allows it
  • Reuses your existing platform's backend, data, and design system
  • Native push notifications
  • App store and Play store submission assistance
Electronic invoicing

Electronic Invoicing & ZATCA Readiness

Quotations, invoices, and credit notes issued by the same system that runs the work — designed against the document structure, numbering, and QR requirements of Saudi e-invoicing from the start, rather than retrofitted onto a finished build.

  • Quotations
  • Tax invoices
  • Credit and debit notes
  • PDF generation
  • QR-code support
  • Invoice numbering
  • ZATCA-readiness assessment
  • Fatoora platform integration where applicable
Use case

Connected Invoicing System

One flow from quotation to settled invoice: the quote a client accepts becomes the invoice, the invoice carries its own sequential number and stored document, and payment status stays visible against the project it belongs to — a single record rather than four spreadsheets reconciled at month end.

We do not simply add an invoice screen to a system. Invoicing is designed as part of how the business actually operates — connected to the quotation that preceded it, the project it belongs to, and the payment record that follows it.

Add-ons

Third-party integration

Connect an existing system — accounting, inventory, CRM, payments, logistics, or messaging — to a Software & Platforms or Automation & AI engagement. Priced per integration; the figure depends on the quality of the API, the authentication it requires, and how much data has to stay in sync.

Not included by default
  • Unlimited revisions or ongoing feature development after launch (that's what Care Plans and custom development are for)
  • Native iOS/Android apps unless scoped as the mobile extension add-on
  • Third-party subscription/licence fees, payment gateway fees, SMS/WhatsApp consumption
  • Large-scale historic data migration
  • Ongoing content entry
